Sunday School for All Kids
“But Jesus called the children to him and said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.’” – Luke 18:16
At Calvary Community Church, we believe it is crucial to teach the Word of God to children at a young age, so they will learn to love the Lord and his Word, and continue to follow him as they grow older. We want our children to understand that the Christian life is a life-long adventure of following Jesus.
We have several different opportunities for helping children to grow in faith:
Sunday School (TK-6th grade): every Sunday 9:00 – 9:50 AM in the upstairs classrooms
Child Care (infants-5 years old): during the 10:30 AM Sunday Worship Service in the nursery
Children’s Church (TK-5th grade): during the 10:30 AM Sunday Worship Service (Children will be dismissed during the sermon)
We are always looking for new people to serve in our children’s ministries, either through teaching or helping. Anyone 14 years or older are welcome to contact us about what is involved in serving through this ministry.
